2. Website hosting
This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. When you visit the site, data including your IP address, requested resources, access time, and browser and device information is processed as necessary to deliver, operate and secure the website. The recipients are the hosting and infrastructure providers involved.
Our legitimate interest is to provide a reliable and secure website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Information about data processing by the platform providers, including possible processing outside the EU and the transfer mechanisms used, is available in OpenAI's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
3. Brand enquiries and specialist enquiry forms
The brand, fulfilment and fitness market enquiry forms initially process your answers in your browser. The website does not create database records or automatically send your answers to Brand2Deal. Your entries remain available for editing while the page is open. These enquiry tools do not save them in cookies or local browser storage.
Selecting “Open email” passes your answers to your email application, where you can review and send the message yourself. Selecting “Copy enquiry” copies your answers to the clipboard at your request. Processing by your email application and email provider is subject to their respective terms.
4. Contact and enquiries
When you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry to assess a potential working relationship and respond to you. This may include information about your brand, products, target markets, customer groups, sales support needs, product availability and existing materials, as well as requested fulfilment services, shipping volumes, storage requirements and systems used. Recipients may include email and IT service providers we use. This website does not automatically forward your enquiry to sales or fulfilment partners.
If you are a potential contracting party yourself, we process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. If you act as a company contact or make another business enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to handle business enquiries and communicate with companies.
Providing information for an initial enquiry is voluntary and is not required by law or an existing contract. We need the details marked as required to assess your enquiry and reply. Without them, the relevant enquiry form cannot be completed. Without sufficient contact and product information, we may be unable to answer or assess your enquiry. You can also contact us directly by email or phone.
5. Data retention
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to process them and, where applicable, to carry out our work together. We then delete them unless statutory retention requirements or legitimate interests, such as resolving legal claims, justify further retention. The retention of technical data by platform providers is governed by their processing purposes and privacy policies.
6. Cookies, analytics and external content
The website code we have created contains no analytics or advertising trackers, externally loaded fonts, maps, videos or social media plugins. This code does not set its own cookies. Technical functions of the hosting platform are separate from this; the provider information linked in section 2 also applies.
7. External links
Our website contains links to external websites, in particular Brand2Fit and IDEAL GROUP. A connection to the destination website is only established when you follow a link. The logos on our website are served locally. The respective website operators are responsible for data processing on their sites.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, your workplace or the alleged infringement. In Lower Saxony, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
The enquiry tools do not make automated decisions about whether we will work together.
